Summary:

I studied in Burn Hall School Srinagar and Maharaja Hari Singh Agriculture Collegiate School Jammu and obtained my Diploma in Mechanical Engineering at National Institute of technology and Science Jammu. after completing my education I joined my father’s business of timber export. We were the top exporters of timber in Our State. When export was banned we imported the Tyre Retreading Unit from Bandag Inc. USA. We further expanded Our business and started manufacturing of Veneer Core which was used for the manufacturing of Plywood. In 1999, We started our own Manufacturing of Plywood and Plyboards and were the first who introduced and bought this industry in Srinagar. IN 2008, we started two more units of manufacturing Plywood,Ply Boards, Doors, Joinery items, etc. in IGC Lassipora , which is one of the biggest Industrial Estates of Srinagar. I took over these Units in 2010 as proprietor and started business on my own. In 2014, I started one more unit in Srinagar for manufacturing of doors and lamination of Plywood / Plyboards and also started manufacturing of electric heating blankets in 2017. I am in the same line and manufacturing activities of the same items till date and am very happy to mention that I am one of the top, experienced, and major leading manufacturers of these items of the State/ Union territory. I also have an experience in the Construction line also as one of Our firms is leader of this line.
